Welcome to the 2010 season. Thank you to our amazing convenor, Marnie MacDonald, sponsors and coaches, without you the children would not be playing.  2010 promises to be a very good year the PBA will be hosting special training sessions for all of our rookie players on scheduled practice days.

Please browse our web site bring us your pictures from 2009 and  if anyone has a baseball story they’d like to share we would like to post it on our site. If you would like to volunteer in the Rookie Division, please contact Marnie, marnie.macdonald@gowlings.com.

Rookie Ball is played on Mondays and Wednesdays at Brock Ridge Park (see our park maps for location).
Players need a baseball glove, good running shoes or baseball shoes and an athletic support, all other equipment is supplied by the League

Rookie will have a Select Team for 2010, those interested should contact Malcolm, at mal.whiteford@alcoa.com.

Those interested in select will have gym time assigned just for INFORMATION purposes, to get to know people and learn about select. Watch the news on the home page for info or contact Malcolm at the above email address.

Please note, rookie is a very different game than tball, reading the rules found on this site will help you to help your child

FULL UNIFORM IS REQUIRED ON THE PLAYING FIELD

Heads Up Report
Please let us know if you have any concern (parents, coaching, respect for rules).  Umpires are the only impartial representative of the PBA on the field your expert opinions are very important to us.   If you feel there may be cause for concern just let us know, give us a head's up.   This information will be held in confidence and hopefully will prevent the need for an "Incident Report".
