The PBA holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) once a year and invites everyone to attend.

Before each meeting, we accept nominations for all board positions. If there are two or more people nominated for a position, a vote will take place at the Annual General Meeting by the members in attendance.

An annual report is created encompassing all the work and efforts put into the year, and is written by the appropriate board representative. A copy of the report is handed out at the AGM and made available online.
